Quality Control-thorough periodic Coordination Reviews of documents for all disciplines are conducted by the Principal-In-Charge. This process is "one brain" assimilating the entire project to understand the critical inter-relationship of the components and to check for potential problems.

Timely Services-The Ponder & Ponder, Architects team takes schedules seriously. We work closely with the client and consultants, meeting construction budgets to within two percent.

Effective Technology- Every member of our design team utilizes AutoCAD 14 and 2000 for efficient and cost effective document production. We are fully networked to increase accuracy in our interoffice communications and project coordination. Drawing files are e-mailed to consultants for automatic updates on any modifications. Specifications are prepared within the firm, by the Project Architect for the project, someone intimate with the construction details and materials.
