CAMP RAINY MOUNTAIN DINING HALL Northeast Georgia Council Boys Scouts of America Clayton, GA

The new, rustic Dining Hall facility includes seating for 800 boy scouts and adult leaders - an entrie summer camp assembly at one time, and full service commercial kitchen.  The tight budget depended on private donations and the building had to be designed to incorporate donated building materials and contractor services.  The result is a cost-concious, metal building steel skeleton enveloped in a wood siding skin, befitting   of its woodland setting.
