FULL SERVICE MARRIOTT Westminster, CO ENTRY ELEVATION HOTEL TOWER ELEVATION The Full Service Marriott in Westminster, Colorado is designed to compliment the Springhill Suites (also by Ponder & Ponder) located on an adjacent site.  The hotel boasts an indoor/outdoor swimming pool with full fitness center, sauna, and steam room and a conference center that provides over 10,000 s.f. of meeting space.  Add to this a full service restaurant and Rocky Mountain views and this 291 guestroom, 195,000 s.f. hotel and conference center is top of the line. Annandale Villager Services Building Suwanee, GA The Annandale Villager Services Building  is a 14,062 s.f. building located in the Annandale Village, Suwanee, GA.  This facility is to be new construction to replace an existing village building which can no longer meet the villagers' needs.  The building shall house three functions under one roof:  health services, social services, and family services.  Although each of these departments will function independently, there will be some shared spaces in order to maximize efficiency.  All three departments will provide for access by villagers to needed services, while also providing for staff work areas that allow staff uninterrupted time for completing necessary paperwork.  This building will host a variety of visitors from outside the Village, including: villagers' families, counselors and psychiatrists.   The building also has a large day-light basement for future expansion.
