Rob Ponder is the Architect of Record, responsible for making contractual commitments, and maintaining quality control. His broad knowledge of building systems and the engineering disciplines involved in construction serve the team's efforts to coordinate contract documents.
Prior to opening his own firm, Rob was a
named principal at Lindsay Ponder Brayfield & Associates, Inc. He was responsible for successfully managing over 80 projects throughout the United States, for both public and private sector clients. During his tenure,
he directed the architecture department, helped manage the firm's accounting, and oversaw the office computer systems.
Responsiveness to client need is Rob's highest priority and the reason for a majority of his projects being for repeat clients. His "hands-on" approach to all projects provides an added level of quality control and ensures consistency in the process.

Carmen Ponder is the design principal for Ponder & Ponder, Architects. She is responsible for understanding the client objectives, planning the delivery of services, and coordinating the design. Her experience in all aspects and phases of architecture, including programming, site and building design, construction document production, permitting, and construction administration, enrich her design skills. She comprehends the realistic implication and the probable outcomes of her design decisions thus bringing solutions to a project which are as practical as they are beautiful.
Listening to client needs and interpreting what she's learned into original designs that are thoughtful and inviting, has earned Carmen repeat work from most of the clients she's worked with. She's earned the trust of both public and private section clients.
