The Inn gives Alumni the opportunity to own a room year round for sporting events and any other occasion they plan to be in town.  Never again would Alumni owners have to worry about booking a room for the big game or the hassle of finding parking.  The "Tailgate Suite" comes complete with fold out couch, wallbed, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, all the comforts of home--ready for the tailgate party.  But also included are lockable cabinets and storage closet, because when the big game weekend is over, the room can be rented by on site management as a hotel room. </div> <bR> <div> Approximately half of the rooms are full time hotel rooms, the others are divided amongst Tailgate suites, king suites, and two and three bedroom suites.  Included is a penthouse level complete with concierge and large assembly space.</div> <div> On the first floor, one will find all of the amenities they expect from a full service hotel.
